Strict Press PR: 92.5#
Previous PR for strict press was 90#, which was probably about 2 years ago. The heaviest I’ve pressed recently was 88#, so a 4.5# jump is pretty significant. Using the men’s (20kg) bar for this movement was pretty novel (even though I always grab the men’s bar for benching) – supposedly the thicker bar allows for a wider surface area on which to push.
